Belt Financial Services was organized in the state of Missouri in 2000.  It began as a home office and eventually moved to a location within two years in the Raytown area.  We began by offering tax and accounting services primarily to individuals and small businesses.  Our services have now expanded to churches and non-profit organizations.

Our Principal

Roslyn Belt has a BS in Accounting/Management.  She has over 20 years experience in the accounting field including 8 years in management of small to medium-sized businesses. 

Roslyn has been employed as Controller for two leading companies during which time she established accounting procedures, set budgets, prepared financial reports for stockholders meetings, and assisted management regarding financial agreements.  Her most recent experience was as the Accounting Manager for one of the top five law firms in the Kansas City area.

Roslyn's 18 years of marriage to a minister has given her a keen understanding of the unique employment situation of Pastors and Ministers.  Her active involvement in her home church has also given her a unique perspective and understanding of not only the ministry but overall church administration.

In addition to Roslyn’s vast experience in the accounting and management fields, she is an experienced Tax Preparer, a Notary Public, and a licensed Insurance Agent in the state of Missouri.
